On-Site Support for Brick Moulds in Ghana
To ensure stable production and improve mould performance for our customers in West Africa, our after-sales team recently visited a brick factory in Ghana to provide on-site technical support. The visit focused on mould installation, calibration, and operator training-key steps to help the factory achieve higher output and better brick consistency.

During the on-site service, our engineers worked directly with the local production team to inspect mould fitting, optimize vibration settings, and adjust mould alignment for improved forming accuracy. Several operational issues raised by the customer, including uneven block surfaces and slow demoulding, were identified and resolved through hands-on guidance.
The team also conducted training sessions for factory workers, covering daily maintenance routines, mould cleaning methods, lubrication standards, and troubleshooting skills. These practices help extend mould lifespan and reduce downtime, which is essential for high-volume production environments.
