UNIK Grass Paver Mould Specifications
UNIK grass paver moulds are manufactured from 42CrMo steel as standard. For high-volume production or abrasive concrete mixes, tool steel grades are available.
Each mould undergoes carburizing heat treatment. Surface hardness reaches HRC58-62. The core remains tough at HRC35-40. This combination resists wear from concrete aggregates while absorbing vibration without cracking.
All internal corners - including the corners of individual cells - are machined with a 3-5mm radius. Sharp corners would concentrate stress and fail under repeated vibration.
CNC machining holds critical dimensions to ±0.1mm tolerance. Surface finish is Ra 1.6 or better.
Expected lifespan is 80,000 to 100,000 cycles under normal production conditions.
Lead time is 20 to 25 days after drawing approval. Shipping port is FOB Xiamen or Quanzhou.
