The UNI paver Mould is crafted from low-carbon alloy steel with high strength and carburizing capabilities, achieving a hardness of up to 60-63 HRC. Utilizing advanced welding and machining techniques, the moulds are designed with a precision gap of 0.8-1mm, ensuring robustness and longevity. The press plates and wear parts are designed for easy replacement, enhancing maintenance efficiency.
