Established in Fujian, China, UNIK Mould is a time-honoured, technology-driven enterprise that integrates design, R&D, production and after-sales service of concrete-block machine moulds. Guided by the values "Integrity, Quality, Service, Value" and a people-oriented management philosophy, we introduced Germany's latest penetration heat-treatment technology, enabling every set of moulds to reach international wear standards and to withstand 80,000–100,000 pressing cycles. Our 48-member team includes 22 specialists with over 10 years' experience, and our moulds have been designated as long-term, OEM accessories by leading global and domestic machine brands such as Hess, Masa, Tiger, Besser, Zenith, Quan-Gong, Rietz, Yinma, Qunfeng, Sanlian, KVM, FRIMA, Quadra and Poyatos.
What we make
From a simple brick sketch or your CAD file we can manufacture any size or style of non-fired block mould: multi-hole, hollow, paver, grass-grid, hydraulic-engineering, kerb, retaining-wall, foam, permeable and special-shaped blocks. Our in-house advanced facilities include one German CNC plasma cutter, 27 wire-EDM units, 4 large gantry machining centres, 4 CNC programming centres, 2 high-speed gantry mills, 2 CNC mills, 2 grinders and one fully automatic box-type heat-treatment line, supported by a complete metal-inspection laboratory.
