- Dimensional Control: Machining tolerance of ±0.15 mm for critical features and cavity-to-core clearance of 0.25–0.35 mm, balancing easy demoulding with block stability.
- Surface Finish: Machined Ra ≤ 0.8 µm finish and optional anti-stick coatings-ensuring clean release even with high-fines concrete.

We combine CNC milling, jig finishes, and wire EDM to maintain feature accuracy and repeatability. Each component-core, liner, seating block-is serialized, allowing traceable batch-level QC. Our factory uses thermal stress relief and straightness checks post-heat treatment to guarantee geometric integrity.

Wear-prone areas like cavity inserts are modular-changeable without full demoulding. Tooling uses standardized fasteners and provides clear lubricant paths accessible from the machine side. A liner swap typically takes under 15 minutes, minimizing interruptions in production.
