We use vacuum-degassed alloy tool steels (Cr12MoV, 9CrSi, etc.) multi-directionally forged to break coarse grains, then spheroidise-anneal to obtain a uniform carbide network. This gives the ideal micro-structure for subsequent vacuum quenching (60–63 HRC) and multi-tempering. Optional deep-cooling to –196 °C transforms retained austenite and adds 30 % extra life.
"Strength first, smooth de-mould, full exhaust" rules every drawing. Uniform wall-thickness avoids stress raisers; calculated draft angles guarantee release; vent channels eliminate blow-holes. Finite-element analysis optimises stress paths and a parametric master model lets you swap cavity modules to make different blocks on the same frame.

Standard concrete hollow blocks moulds cannot survive 200–300 t of clamping force and the non-stop abrasion of cement, quartz sand and slag. In an automatic plant the set must cycle thousands of times per hour without losing shape, so hardness, toughness, wear- and fatigue-resistance are critical. We therefore target ≥ 500,000 cycles – and every step from steel selection to final coating is optimised accordingly.
