We use wear-resistant steels, such as manganese-rich alloys, processed via vacuum quenching to reach surface hardness of HRC 58–62 with a hardened layer of 1–2 mm. This development ensures the mould withstands abrasive ingredients and remains dimensionally stable over tens of thousands of cycles.

The mould cavities are shaped with precision (clearances around 0.8–1 mm), ensuring pavement tiles align tightly and fit together without gaps-minimizing trimming and installation errors.
