High-quality moulds stem from high-standard manufacturing processes. We start with strict control over raw material cutting, followed by multiple steps including CNC milling, heat treatment, polishing, and precision machining to ensure every detail is precisely executed. The dimensional tolerance of the moulds is kept within ±0.3mm, ensuring the consistency and structural strength of the formed bricks.
For areas prone to wear, we apply surface treatments such as nitriding, carbonitriding, and chrome plating to significantly enhance the moulds' wear resistance. Even with long-term and high-frequency use, these treatments ensure that the moulds maintain their forming capabilities without deformation.

 

 

Technical Features

Carburized Layer:Our moulds feature a carburized layer that is approximately 1.3-1.6mm deep. This layer significantly enhances the moulds' resistance against rough and abrasive materials, ensuring durability and longevity even under demanding conditions.

Precise Tolerances:We maintain precise tolerances down to ±0.2mm. This level of precision ensures that every curb produced is consistent in size and shape, meeting high-quality standards and providing uniformity in your products.

Modular Setup:Our moulds are designed with a modular setup that simplifies repairs and component swaps. This design allows for easy maintenance and quick replacement of parts, reducing downtime and increasing operational efficiency.

Chrome Plating:To combat rust and corrosion, our moulds are chrome-plated. This treatment not only enhances their appearance but also significantly extends their lifespan, allowing for over 600,000 uses without degradation in performance.

Strong Tamper Heads and Adjustable Liners:Our moulds are equipped with strong tamper heads and adjustable liners capable of managing up to 120 tons of compression. This feature ensures that the curbs produced are sturdy and durable, making them ideal for use in demanding locations where high load-bearing capacity is required.
