Crafted from high-quality imported steel, these moulds combine excellent welding and machining processes to ensure robust construction. The press plates undergo heat treatment, enhancing their lifespan and reliability. With a precision gap of 0.5-0.6 mm and replaceable threaded support webs, these moulds offer both durability and ease of maintenance.

The mould frames are equipped with hydraulic devices for ease of operation, and the frame plates can be folded as needed, offering flexibility and convenience. Critical components are designed for easy replacement, minimizing downtime. Available in various configurations, including beveled, vertical, with or without facing material, these moulds can also be equipped with replaceable press plates to adjust the height and slope of the kerb stones.
