2. When checking and inspecting, please cut off the main power supply and hang up a warning sign. Do not approach the moving parts of this device except for the operator.
3. When all parts are in place, they can be operated in a fully automatic cycle.
4. When operating the operation panel other than the computer, do not press the button at will to avoid damaging the machine.
5. After each shift, please put the electrical switch in the "power off" or "stop" position. The electrical equipment of this machine in use must be reliably grounded to ensure safety.
6. The hopper cement needs to be used up in time to prevent solidification. The selection of hard aggregates is adapted to the side holes of the template to avoid hard foreign matter from mixing into the material and prevent damage to the cement brick machine mold.
7. At the end of molding, if there is not enough material, do not press the pressure head to mold. Damage the synchronous structure of the pressure head cylinder and the pressure head, making the pressure head out of sync.
8. Brickwork concrete should be cleaned in time. Strictly control the vibration molding time. If the molding time is long and the pressure head cannot be pressed, adjust the amount of material.
9. Check whether the travel switches of the concrete block machinery equipment are in place at any time. If there is any looseness, adjust and tighten it in time. The distance between the front end of the travel switch and the sensor block is 5-8mm to avoid collision damage.
10. The hydraulic station condenser is used in summer. Otherwise, the oil will heat up and affect normal use. The oil filter should replace the filter element immediately according to the instructions of the dehydrator. Hydraulic system failure.
11. Please replace the rubber scraper of the hopper immediately and adjust the gap. Otherwise, it will cause material leakage and pressure head adhesion.
12. Please tighten all bolts before use.
13. The plane on the vibration table, the brake, and the plane on the brake should be flat. Otherwise, the pressing plate will not be able to be transported smoothly, and the block will not be squeezed out or broken.
14. All lubricating parts should be lubricated before each shift. Clean immediately after each shift.
