Quality assurance
More than 20 checkpoints: 3-D CMM scanning, ultrasonic & magnetic-particle crack detection, press-foot clearance gauge and an actual test-run on our own block machine. Only moulds that pass every gate leave the plant.
Repair & re-manufacture
Worn surfaces are rebuilt by laser cladding; digital service logs enable predictive maintenance. Most UNIK sets are returned for at least one rebuild, giving a second life at a fraction of new cost.
