Surface hardness reaches HRC58-62 after heat treatment. The mould uses carburizing, nitriding, and quenching. Wire-cut gap between upper and lower sections is 0.8-1mm. Expected lifespan is 100,000 to 120,000 cycles.

UNIK Replacement Mould

UNIK moulds are made from low-carbon alloy carburizing steel. Surface hardness is HRC59-62. Carburized layer thickness is 1.3-1.5mm. Unilateral clearance between presser foot and cavity is 0.2-0.4mm. Whole board flatness is ≤0.5mm. Manufacturing uses CNC gantry machining centers, wire EDM, and precision grinding. Quality control includes CMM inspection.
