The accuracy of the mould cavity directly dictates the consistency of your hollow blocks. Our manufacturing process utilizes precision CNC machining to ensure strict dimensional tolerances and a smooth internal finish.

To dramatically extend operational life, every UNIK mould undergoes a rigorous carburizing, nitriding, and quenching heat treatment process. This advanced treatment creates an extremely hard, wear-resistant surface (HRC 58-62) while preserving a tough, shock-absorbing core. The result is a mould that resists scratching and abrasion from sharp aggregates, delivering a lifespan of 80,000 to 100,000 cycles – significantly longer than standard industry alternatives.

A common frustration with inferior moulds is concrete sticking to the cavity walls, leading to damaged blocks and lost production time. Our hollow brick moulds feature a precision-machined, smooth cavity finish that facilitates clean, effortless demoulding. A UNIK technician will arrive in Colombo to supervise mechanical and hydraulic commissioning, calibrate the Interlock Paving Block Molds, and train local staff on operation, maintenance and mold change-over procedures.
