Fujian Unik Mould Technology Co., Ltd., founded in 2008 and located in Quanzhou, Fujian Province, is a manufacturer specializing in concrete block moulds and brick machines. Our factory is equipped with complete CNC machining, carburizing heat treatment, and quality inspection lines. Every mould is manufactured using 42CrMo or tool steel, treated with a carburizing process to achieve a surface hardness of HRC58-62, with critical dimensions held to ±0.1mm tolerance and an expected service life of 80,000 to 100,000 cycles. Our moulds are compatible with over 20 major block machine brands, including HESS, MASA, ZENITH, BESSER, and TIGER, and we export to 28 countries. The standard lead time from drawing approval to shipment is 20-25 days.
