2. Mold design

3. Confirm the size and shape of the mold, and use tools such as electric saws, electric drills and woodworking planes to cut, punch, polish and process the wood boards according to the design drawings to make the various parts of the mold.
4. Use glue to bond the various parts at the joints of the mold, and use steel bars to strengthen and fix them to ensure the stability and firmness of the mold.
3. Production process
1. Pour the concrete mortar that has been pre-soaked in water into the mold, compact it with force, and use a roller press to compact and vibrate it to eliminate gaps and bubbles.
2. After the mortar solidifies, turn the mold over and tap it gently to take the brick out of the mold.
3. Dry and maintain the bricks, and wait for them to be completely dry before putting them into use.
IV. Precautions
1. When making the mold, you need to consider the stability and durability of the mold, and choose the appropriate material and reinforcement method.
2. When using concrete mortar, ensure that the mortar ratio is reasonable, the amount of water added is appropriate, and the mixture is even to ensure the quality of the bricks.
3. When making bricks, pay attention to maintaining the humidity in the mold, and turn the mold over when the mortar has just solidified to prevent the bricks from breaking.
