A concrete paver block mold is the core tool that shapes raw concrete into finished paving stones. The mold cavity determines the paver's final dimensions, surface texture, and interlocking fit. When the mold is right, every paver is identical-batch after batch, shift after shift. When the mold is wrong, nothing else works properly.

Core Technical Features

Steel Grade Matched to Your Production
UNIK molds are machined from 42CrMo for standard concrete mixes, with tool steel (Cr12MoV grade) available for highly abrasive mixes containing sharp sand or recycled aggregates. Steel selection is based on your daily output, concrete recipe, and expected total cycles-not on a one-size-fits-all formula.

Carburizing Heat Treatment
We apply a carburizing process that hardens the mold surface to HRC 58–62 while keeping the core at HRC 35–40. The hard outer layer resists abrasion from concrete aggregates. The tough inner core absorbs vibration and prevents cracking. This combination eliminates the brittle failure common in fully hardened molds.

Precision CNC Machining
All cavity surfaces are CNC‑finished to Ra 1.6 or better. A smooth surface allows concrete to release cleanly without sticking. It also reduces localized wear, extending the usable life of the cavity.

Engineered Corner Radius
Every internal corner receives a 3–5mm radius. Sharp corners concentrate vibration stress and develop fatigue cracks over time. Radiused corners allow stress to flow continuously, removing the primary initiation point for mold failure.

Exact Tolerance Control
Critical dimensions are held to ±0.1mm. This ensures that every paver leaving the mold matches the same length, width, and thickness. Tight tolerances reduce material waste and speed up on‑site laying because pavers fit together as designed.

Founded in 2010, UNIK has more than fifteen years of experience in brick machine and mold manufacturing. Our export volume reaches twenty‑eight countries across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Russia.

We do not stock generic molds. Every mold is engineered for a specific customer's machine and paver design. We combine 42CrMo steel, carburizing heat treatment, CNC precision, and Ra 1.6 finishing as standard practice.

Support continues after delivery. Each mold includes a twelve‑month warranty against material and workmanship defects. Spare parts, refurbishment service, and technical support are available directly from our factory.
