1. Machine Compatibility

Match your steel to your concrete mix:
42CrMo – For standard mixes. Good balance of hardness and toughness.

Wrong steel = early failure. Upgrading to Cr12MoV for tough mixes saves money over time.
3. Heat Treatment & Precision
UNIK uses carburizing heat treatment – hard surface (HRC 58–62) + tough core (HRC 35–40). This stops cracking. CNC machining guarantees:
