Heat Treatment That Works
Carburizing hardens the surface to HRC58‑62 while keeping the core at HRC35‑40. Hard steel resists abrasion. Tough steel absorbs vibration. This balance prevents cracking and helps our moulds run 80,000–100,000 cycles in normal production.
Machined for Smooth Release
CNC cutting holds tolerances to ±0.1mm. Internal corners get a 3‑5mm radius to stop stress cracks. Surface finish reaches Ra 1.6 or better, so concrete releases cleanly every cycle.
