Dimensional Control
±0.15 mm tolerance on critical features ensures consistent blocks. Cavity-to-core clearance of 0.25–0.35 mm balances easy release with stability. A presser-foot to cavity gap of 0.2–0.4 mm is essential for clean demoulding and uniform compaction.

Surface Finish
Ra ≤ 0.8 µm machined finish prevents sticking even with high-fines concrete. Anti-stick coatings are optional for even better release.
